Silk Prints
Please allow 7-10 working days for fulfillments of framed silk orders. This is to allow time for frames to be custom made.
In the case of very large artworks being shipped it allow times for secure special packaging to be organised.
For international shipping it allows time for crates to be built for the artwork to arrive in.

Please allow 3 working days for fulfillments of stretched orders. This will allow time to custom build the stretcher frame, mounting and secure packaging.

Please allow 2 working days for fulfillments of paper print orders. This will allow time for correct and secure packaging to be made.

Returns…
After the date of items being received customers have 7 days to confirm that their artwork has arrived fully intact, no damages or issues during the shipment process.
In the case of damages if the sender is at fault a full refund will be granted. The sender will organise for the return of the work.
If the couriers are at fault a case for insurance will be pulled up. The couriers will be responsible for the handling of the work.
We are fully confident that you will love your work when it arrives, it is as it is shown on the website and due to each piece being unique, one will never be the same as the other. The pieces are always changing in their natural way so there may be surprises and pops unable to be seen over the internet but as a transparent site, what you see is what you get.
If the customer has ordered something they don’t like in the case no custom frame has been built then they will be offered an opportunity to switch for something of same value.
They will be responsible for covering the cost of delivery and ensuring the packaging is safe and secure during transit.
In the case a customer has ordered something they don’t like but a custom frame has been built a partial refund will be possible to make based on the considerable costs for the custom work.
